The PCI Career Services Department is dedicated to work with you to achieve your personnel staffing goals and assure they are met in the most timely and cost efficient manner.

PCI is proud of the excellent reputation it has earned through dedication to its mission by striving to be the leader in Allied Health Care training and providing quality service to its students and to the Medical Healthcare community.

All of our students are trained by qualified, credentialed teachers who are state approved and have at least five years of real world experience.

Our staff of professional Career Advisors is dedicated to filling your needs. We believe successful staffing begins with a thorough understanding of the uniqueness of our clients needs and their individual environments. Careful communication between our staff and our clients affords us the opportunity to obtain detailed information regarding the positions and integrate these requirements with the cultural and human factors of your facility. This allows us to effectively identify and provide the most qualified employees in the most time effective manner.

OUR DREAM

PCI truly cares about our students and the career opportunities that are available to them. Our motto in the Career Services Department is “where dreams come true”. Each student must complete a 200-300 hour externship. We think that the best way to help them start their career is to set them up in externships that are not only convenient but also cater to their specific interests. In addition, we know that if they are happy, they will surely do a great job. That’s why our extern-to-hire philosophy is so successful. Extern-to-hire is a mutually beneficial agreement where the potential employer has the opportunity to “try out” an individual before committing to hire them and you train them the way you want. The student also benefits because they get a unique opportunity to get their hands on training in an environment they are interested in and they are motivated by the possibility of hire. Of course the potential employer is under no obligation to if the fit is not “right”.

We always have qualified graduates available for immediate hire. These individuals have already met all of the program requirements and are conducting their career search.
